Absolutely obsessed with this ten minute mayo ramen! I love a good ramen recipe, and this viral tiktok ramen hack does not disappoint.

Ingredients

  • 1 packet instant ramen noodles
  • 1 raw egg yolk
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise (preferably Kewpie mayo)
  • 1 garlic clove (grated, optional)
  • top with toasted sesame seeds, thinly sliced green onions

    Bring a medium-sized pot with 2 cups of water to a boil. Once boiling, add in your ramen noodles to cook, according to the package instructions, but it should be around 3 minutes.

    While the water is boiling and the noodles are cooking, add your egg yolk, kewpie, seasoning packet, and grated garlic clove in a large deep bowl. Whisk well to combine.

    Add about 1/4 cup of your ramen water to your kewpie mixture and whisk to combine, getting everything combined and not clumpy. Then add in your remaining ramen water and cooked ramen noodles directly in the large deep bowl, and mix well until all combined and creamy.

    Top with toasted sesame seeds, thinly sliced green onions and chili oil.
