
If the wing tips remain, trim them from the flat part of the wings and discard. Pat the wings all over with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the seasoned salt, black pepper, paprika, and cayenne. Add the wings and toss well to coat.
Spray the basket of an air fryer well with nonstick cooking spray. Place half of the wings in a single layer in the basket with space in between each wing. Cook at 370°F for 10 minutes. Flip each wing and continue cooking for 10 minutes more. Flip the wings once more, increase heat of the air fryer to 400°F, and cook until the skin is crispy, 8 to 10 minutes more. Repeat with the remaining chicken wings.
Serve the wings immediately out of the air fryer, or toss them in buffalo or barbecue sauce before serving with ranch or blue cheese dressing.
