
Mini BLT Bites are the perfect way to enjoy the classic bacon, lettuce, and tomato combination in a fun, bite-sized form.
Cook the bacon until it is cooked through but still pliable. If you cook it too much, it won’t fold properly.
Once the bacon has cooled completely, cut it into 3 pieces.
Cut the romaine leaves into 1 inch squares.
To assemble, spread some mayo on the bacon strip. Top with romaine lettuce and a cherry tomato.
Use a toothpick to go through one side of the bacon, through the tomato, and out the other side of the bacon.
Transfer the BLT bites to a serving platter. Enjoy!
