Quick, easy, and packed with flavor! These air fryer mushrooms turn out perfectly tender on the inside and golden on the outside.

Ingredients

  • 16 ouncessliced mushrooms
  • 2 tablespoonsolive oil
  • 2 tablespoonssoy sauce
  • 3 tablespoonsgrated parmesan
  • 1 teaspoongarlic powder
  • 1 teaspoonminced fresh thyme
  • ½ teaspoonsalt (optional)
  • ¼ teaspoonground black pepper

Directions

    Add 16 ounces sliced mushrooms, 2 tablespoons olive oil, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 3 tablespoons grated parmesan, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon minced fresh thyme, ½ teaspoon salt, and ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper to a medium bowl. Toss to coat the mushrooms evenly.

    Add the mushrooms to the air fryer basket in an even layer. Air fry at 380°F for 5 minutes.
