
Brown beef and sausage in oil until golden and caramelized.
Add onion, bell pepper, celery, and garlic; sauté until softened.
Stir in Cajun seasoning, paprika, cayenne, salt, and pepper; toast briefly.
Pour in chicken broth, scrape browned bits, and add rice. Bring to simmer.
Cover and cook 18–20 minutes until rice is tender and broth absorbed.
Rest 5 minutes, fluff with fork, stir in parsley.
Garnish with green onions, serve hot.
