Make these easy Cheddar Bay Biscuits at home with a Bisquick mix! These cheesy biscuits are the perfection addition to your soup dinner.

Ingredients

  • 2 cupsbisquick mix
  • ⅝ cupmilk
  • ½ cupcheddar cheese (shredded)
  • ¼ teaspoongarlic powder
  • ¼ cupsalted butter (melted)
  • ¼ teaspoonparsley (for garnish)
  • ¼ teaspoonskosher salt (optional, for garnish)

Directions

  1. 1

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

  2. 2

In a large mixing bowl, stir together the Bisquick, milk, and cheese until a soft, lumpy dough forms. I like to do this by hand and gently toss the ingredients until the dry mix is wet. You don't want to overmix it!

  3. 3

Drop the dough by large spoonfuls onto a baking stone or an ungreased cookie sheet. You are also welcome to line your baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.

  4. 4

Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.

  5. 5

Meanwhile, in a small mixing bowl, stir the garlic powder into the melted butter.

  6. 6

Brush the butter over the warm biscuits before removing from the cookie sheet.

  7. 7

Sprinkle the buttered tops of the biscuits with parsley and optional kosher salt. Serve warm
