Easy, creamy and absolutely delicious white chicken chili recipe cooked low and slow in your crockpot!

Ingredients

  • 1 lb.chicken breasts/thighs (boneless, skinless)
  • 1can diced green chiles
  • 1can cannellini beans (drained)
  • 1can great northern beans (drained)
  • 2 tbspcilantro (fresh, chopped)
  • 2 tbsplime juice
  • 2 cupschicken broth
  • 1 cuponion (chopped)
  • 3 clovesgarlic (minced)
  • ½ tspcumin
  • ½ tsporegano (dried)
  • ½ tspsalt
  • ¼ tspblack pepper
  • 1 tspchili powder
  • 8 oz.cream cheese (softened)

Directions

    Add all ingredients to your slow cooker except for the chicken and stir to combine.

    Add chicken to the slow cooker and cover with sauce/bean mixture.

    Cover and cook on low heat for 7 hours or on high heat for 4 hours.

    When done, break up chicken with two forks and stir into the chili. Serve with sour cream and chips!
