Cheesy Garlic Butter Mushroom Stuffed Chicken is a savory, rich, and flavorful dish featuring tender chicken breasts stuffed with a creamy mushroom and cheese filling, seared to golden perfection and baked with a parmesan topping.

Ingredients

  • 4boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cupmushrooms, finely chopped
  • ½ cupcream cheese, softened
  • ½ cupshredded mozzarella cheese
  • 3 tablespoonsbutter
  • 3 clovesgarlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoondried thyme
  • 1 teaspoondried parsley
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • ¼ cupgrated parmesan cheese
  • fresh parsley, for garnish

    Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

    Cut a pocket into each chicken breast without cutting all the way through.
