  • 2 cupsall-purpose flour
  • 1 ⅓ cupsquick or old-fashioned oats
  • 1 teaspoonbaking soda
  • 1 teaspoonground cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoonsalt
  • 1 cupbutter or margainesoftened
  • 1 cuppacked brown sugar
  • 1 cupgranulated sugar
  • 1 cuplibby's® 100% pure pumpkin
  • 1 largeegg
  • 1 teaspoonvanilla extract
  • ¾ cupchopped walnuts
  • ¾ cupraisins

    Preheat oven to 350° F.Lightly grease baking sheets.

    Combine flouroatsbaking sodacinnamon and salt in medium bowl.Beat butterbrown sugar and granulated sugar in large mixer bowl until light and fluffy.Add pumpkinegg and vanilla extract; mix well.Add flour mixture; mix well.Stir in nuts and raisins.Drop by rounded tablespoons onto prepared baking sheets.
