Ingredients

  • 1 lb. (400 gr.) Chicken Livers
  • 1 lb. (400 gr.) Mushrooms
  • 1 lb. (400 gr.) Milk
  • 10 oz. (300 gr.) Cream cheese wedges
  • 3/4 tsp. Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper
  • 3 tbsp. Oil
  • 4 Garlic Cloves
  • 1 Onion

Directions

    Prepare the chicken livers, cut them in half, and trim and discard any visible fat or green parts.

    Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat, add chopped onion and sauté for 5-6 minutes to gold.

    Add the mushrooms to skillet and cook for about 6 minutes, stirring over high heat.

    Add to mushrooms milk and cream cheese wedges, and cook for 5 min. stirring over medium heat.

    Add Salt, Black Pepper, Chicken Livers and cook for 8-10 min. stirring over medium heat.

    Finnaly add chopped garlic and parsley.
