Need a gluten free bread that's not bland and boring? This brazilian cheese bread is for you! No need for fancy ingredients or cooking skills, anyone can make this!
In a blender add in tapioca starch, milk, olive oil, egg, ans salt. Blend that until smooth (1-2 min).TIP: If you have a blender like mine (where you flip the cup to blend), don’t do what I did, add the tapioca starch at the end so it’s closest to the blade. If your blender is bigger and has the blade attached, add the tapioca starch first. (Please ask me if this is confusing!)
Once blended, add in shredded cheddar cheese, and blend again for 5-10 seconds. You don’t want to over blend the cheese.
Spray some muffin tins with oil, and pour your mixture in, filling ¾ of the way.
Bake your Brazilian cheese bread in the oven at 400 degrees for about 25-30 minutes. Until perfectly crispy and almost brown in colour.
Allow to cool for 5 minutes before pulling apart end enjoying!!!
