
Turkey burgers can have a reputation for being dry and bland, but our recipe is anything but. We love our best-ever recipe for one simple reason: We let it be.
In a large bowl, mix turkey, egg, garlic, parsley, and Worcestershire; season with 1/2 tsp. salt and pepper. Form mixture into 4 flat patties.
In a medium skillet over medium heat, heat oil. Add patties and cook, turning halfway through, until browned and an instant-read thermometer inserted into the center registers 165°, about 5 minutes per side.
Serve turkey burgers on a bun with desired toppings.
