1/4 cup broth (chicken, veggies, or mushroom)
2 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoon unsalted butter, divided
2 sprigs Thyme or 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
Handful of fresh parsley, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 tablespoon cornstarch
2 tablespoon water
