Slow-Cooked Italian Beef Sandwiches

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. of boneless beef chuck shoulder roast
  • 2 tbsp. of Hidden Valley Ranch seasoning
  • 1 (12-oz.) jar Hy-Vee mild banana pepper rings
  • 6 Hy-Vee Bakery whole wheat hamburger buns

    Place beef cubes, Ranch seasoning, and undrained banana pepper rings in a 4-to-6-quart slow cooker.

    Cover and cook on HIGH for 4 hours or LOW for 8 hours, or until meat is tender.

    Remove meat from slow cooker and shred using two forks. Return to slow cooker and heat meat through. Serve warm shredded beef on hamburger buns.
