I got SO many DMs asking for my super easy 15-minute Butter Mushroom Rice recipe, so here it is! Buttery, savory, and delicious 15 Minute Butter Mushroom Rice is one of my go-to recipes to make when I am craving something comforting. Plus, the best part is that this butter mushroom rice recipe is also a ONE-POT DINNER recipe, so quick, delicious, and doesn't require alot of dishes. If you are a mushroom lover like me, you need to try this recipe.
Add 2 tbsp of butter to a pan and turn the heat to medium-high. Once the pan is hot, add the mushroom and 1.5 tbsp of soy sauce, and 0.5 tsp of Black Pepper.
Saute the mushroom for 3-4 minutes or until fragrant.
Mix 2 tbsp of soy sauce, 1 tsp of sugar, and 1 tsp of Dashi Powder.
Add the rice, pour on the sauce, and saute on high heat for another 2-3 minutes. Make sure all the rice is coated in the sauce and butter.
Optional, but highly recommended, finish off with another 1 tbsp of butter, and saute on high heat for another 1 minute.
Garnish with seaweed powder and green onion, and enjoy!
