Mix and Freeze In a large (64 ounce) high speed blender combine ice, whipping cream, 1 1/2 cups lemon juice and sweetened condensed milk. Cover and blend until smooth, starting and stopping as needed. Taste and add more lemon juice, if desired. Serve immediately or transfer to a 8-cup measuring cup or 2 quart pitcher and freeze up to 1 hour. Stir before serving.
Garnish and Serve Top with whipped cream and garnish with a lemon slice.
