This Tequila-Lime Grilled Chicken Club is tender and juicy and the perfect alternative to beef burgers for your next summer meal.

Ingredients

  • 4 6- ounce Chicken Breasts
  • 1/4 cup tequila
  • 2 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce diced
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • juice of 2 limes
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 8 slices cooked bacon
  • Cheese slices
  • Tomato
  • lettuce
  • Buns
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce diced

Directions

    Place one chicken breast in a resealable plastic bag or between two pieces of plastic wrap. Using a mallet or rolling pin pound each out to about ¼ inch thick.

    In a zip lock bag combine tequila, Chipotle peppers, garlic, lime juice, cilantro, and salt. Add chicken and marinate for 2 hours.

    Heat grill on medium-high heat, grill chicken 3-4 minutes on each side. Add cheese and let melt.

    In a small bowl combine mayonnaise and Chipotle peppers and mix well
