Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot.
Sprinkle the ranch seasoning mix evenly over the chicken breasts.
Pour the chicken broth over the chicken and seasoning mix.
Cut the cream cheese into small cubes and place them on top of the chicken.
Add the shredded cheddar cheese on top of the cream cheese.
