  • 4 largeeggs
  • 1 cupshredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 cupbisquick

    Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease a 12-cup muffin pan with non-stick cooking spray.

    In a skillet on medium-high heat, crumble and cook sausage until no longer pink. Drain off excess fat, and slightly cool.
