This creamy Pumpkin Pie Martini Mocktail blends pumpkin puree and warm spices for a festive fall treat. Shake it up and enjoy pie in a glass!

Ingredients

  • ¼ cupwhipped cream
  • 2 oznon-alcoholic vanilla vodka alternative
  • 1 ½ oznon-alcoholic dark rum alternative
  • 2 ozpumpkin puree (homemade pumpkin or canned pumpkin will do)
  • 1 ½ ozmaple syrup
  • 2 ozhalf-and-half
  • ¼ tsppumpkin pie spice
  • ice
  • cinnamon stick (optional)

Directions

    Freeze 2 martini glasses.

    For frozen whipped cream: Pipe 2 dollops onto parchment-lined tray. Freeze for 30 minutes.

    In a shaker, combine non-alcoholic vodka and rum alternatives, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, half-and-half, pumpkin pie spice, and ice.
