Ingredients

  • 3 ½ cupsall-purpose flour
  • 3 cupsgranulated sugar
  • 4 largeeggs
  • 2 teaspoonsbaking soda
  • 1 ½ teaspoonssalt
  • 2 teaspoonsground allspice
  • 1 teaspoonbaking powder
  • 1 teaspoonground nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoonground cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoonground cloves
  • 15 ozpumpkin purée
  • ¾ cupvegetable oil
  • ⅝ cupwater
