These quick & easy ham and cheese crescent rolls are perfect for a quick weeknight dinner, after-school snack, or party appetizer.
Preheat the oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Open the can of crescent rolls and carefully unroll the dough on a flat surface. Separate the dough along the perforated lines into 8 individual triangles.
Cut the cheese slices in half and place one half on each dough triangle near the wide end. Add a slice of ham, folding the edges if necessary to keep it within the boundaries of the dough. Top with another half slice of cheese.
Tightly roll the crescent dough, starting from the wide end. Tuck the skinny end underneath and place them on the baking sheet 1-2 inches apart.
In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, honey, Dijon mustard, and garlic powder until smooth and fully incorporated. Brush over the crescent rolls.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the crescent rolls are puffed up and golden brown. Watch them in the last few minutes to avoid over-browning.
Remove from the oven and cool on the pan for about 5 minutes. Serve warm and enjoy!
