This Veggie Pizza Dip is a creamy, no-crust twist on the classic veggie pizza. Serve chilled with your favorite crackers or veggies for a fresh and flavorful snack.

Ingredients

  • 8 ozcream cheese, softened
  • 8 ozsour cream
  • 1 ozpacket of dry ranch seasoning
  • 3 tbspbroccoli, chopped into small pieces
  • 3 tbspcucumber, chopped into small pieces
  • 3 tbspcarrots, chopped into small pieces
  • 3 tbspred bell pepper, chopped into small pieces
  • 3 tbspshredded cheddar cheese

    In a medium bowl, mix together the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and dry ranch seasoning until smooth. Spread this creamy mixture evenly into a shallow dish.
