One of the best thing about the holidays are the amazing leftovers and these Turkey and Cheese Sliders are one of our favorites! Leftover turkey, gooey, rich cheese makes the most amazing quick dinner, appetizer or lunch!
Spray a 9x13 inch pan with non-stick spray, or line with parchment paper.
Using a serrated knife, cut the entire slab of rolls in half, carefully trying to keep the cut even and in the middle. Remove the top half of rolls and set aside. Gently tear the rolls into 4 columns of 3 rolls.
Place turkey slices evenly over the bottom of the rolls, then repeat with cheese (I always leave a few without cheese as our youngest doesn't like melty cheese!) Replace the tops on the rolls, set aside to make the sauce.
In a small saucepan melt butter over medium-low heat, once melted whisk in Worcestershire sauce, mustard and brown sugar. Whisk well to combine, bring to simmer. Simmer for 30 seconds until the mixture thickens slightly.
