It is frequently called a Mexican Hot Dog to visitors, Tijuana hot dog, or even a Daaanger dog (I know, huh!), but there are honestly so many styles of Perros Calientes. Here's my recipe for that salty dog made from top notch ingredients & flavor for making them at home. Feel like you're livin' a little with this Famoso L.A. Street Food favorite. Visit LA for the real thing when you can, we'd love to have you, HAPPY PEOPLE!
