  • 1 canpineapple chunks, drained, reserve 60 millilitres juice
  • 110 gramsbrown sugar
  • 2 tablespoonsdijon or yellow mustard
  • 1 tablespoonsoy sauce
  • 60millilitres reserved pineapple juice
  • ¼ teaspoonground cloves (optional)
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

    Set the oven to 190°C. Lightly grease a 33x23-centimetre baking dish with nonstick spray or butter.
