Ingredients

  • 1whole1 whole1 whole banana, frozen
  • 1cup1 cup1 cup zucchini, frozen, or cauliflower frozen (both tasteless in smoothies!)
  • 2whole2 whole2 whole medjool dates
  • .5 cup.5 cup.5 cup chocolate protein powder
  • 1tbsp1 tbsp1 tbsp cacao powder, raw
  • 2tbsp2 tbsp2 tbsp hemp hearts
  • 1tbsp1 - 2 tbsp1 - 2 tbsp creamy peanut butter
  • .33 cup.33 cup.33 cup almond milk

Directions

    Blend everything together until creamy. Scrap down sides as needed. Don't add more liquid unless you're trying for a thinner texture

    For thicker consistency: Pour mixture into mini silicone muffin pan / ice subs tray and freeze a couple hours

    Add frozen mini cubes back to your processor or blender and blend until smooth. May need to add a splash more of milk

    Line your glass with peanut butter and/or melted chocolate and allow it to hard in the fridge for a few min

    Pour thick shake into cup, top with pb, chocolate, and/or peanuts, and enjoy!!
