These easy-to-make Sausage Balls are perfect for a grab-and-go breakfast or even as an appetizer or hearty afternoon snack. Sausage, cheese, eggs, biscuit mix, chives, and milk are all you need to whip up a batch of this classic recipe!

Ingredients

  • 1 pound sharp cheddar cheese (freshly shredded)
  • 1 pound ground pork sausage
  • 2 cups biscuit baking mix
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 Tablespoon dried chives

    Preheat the oven to 350°F.

    In a large mixing bowl, combine the freshly shredded cheddar cheese, ground sausage, biscuit baking mix, milk, and chives.
