A quick and creamy homemade frozen yogurt made with just 4 ingredients: yogurt, condensed milk, whipped cream, and vanilla. No ice cream maker needed — simply mix, freeze, and enjoy a smooth, scoopable treat in just a few hours. Perfect for summer desserts or snacks, and easy to customize with your favorite toppings.
Put the loaf pan or container you’ll use in the freezer for at least an hour. This helps the mixture start freezing right away and improves the final texture.
In a chilled bowl, whip the cream until soft peaks form. If needed, add powdered sugar to sweeten.
In a separate bowl, combine the cold yogurt, condensed milk, and vanilla (and liqueur). Stir until you get a smooth, creamy mixture.
Gently fold the whipped cream into the yogurt base. Use a spatula and mix from the bottom up to keep it fluffy and light.
Transfer the mixture to the cold container. Smooth the surface, cover with a lid or foil, and freeze.
Let it freeze for 2–3 hours. It will be creamy and scoopable. If it freezes too hard, leave it at room temperature for 10–15 minutes before serving.
