Ingredients

  • 500g ground beef and pork mix
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 egg
  • 1 bread roll (kajzerka), soaked in milk
  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 100ml sour cream (18%)
  • 1 bunch of fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup vegetable broth
