Air Fryer Muesli is amazing! If you are looking for a quick and healthy air fryer breakfast, this is one of the best!

Ingredients

  • 2 cupsold-fashioned oats
  • ½ cupnuts (almonds, walnuts, or pecans, roughly chopped)
  • ½ cupdried fruits (raisins, cranberries, or apricots, chopped)
  • ¼ cupseeds (chia seeds, sunflower seeds, or flaxseeds)
  • 2 tablespoonshoney (or maple syrup)
  • 1 teaspooncinnamon (or nutmeg)
  • ¼ cupcoconut flakes
  • 1 teaspoonvanilla extract

Directions

  1. 1

Preheat your air fryer to 300 degrees F (150°C) for about 5 minutes.

  2. 2

In a large bowl, combine the oats, nuts, seeds, and coconut flakes. Add the cinnamon or nutmeg and mix well.

  3. 3

Drizzle the honey or maple syrup and vanilla extract over the oat mixture. Stir until all the ingredients are evenly coated.

  4. 4

Spread the mixture in an even layer in the air fryer basket or tray. Make sure not to overcrowd the basket; you may need to cook in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.

  5. 5

Air fry at 300°F (150°C) for 10-15 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes to ensure even cooking. Keep an eye on it to prevent burning.

  6. 6

Once the muesli is golden and crispy, remove it from the air fryer and let it cool completely. After it has cooled, mix in the dried fruits.

  7. 7

Store your homemade muesli in an airtight container. Enjoy it with milk, yogurt, or as a topping for smoothie bowls.
