Ingredients

  • 2cans salmon, drained and flaked
  • 2eggs, beaten
  • ½ cupbreadcrumbs
  • ¼ cupfinely chopped onion
  • 2 tbspchopped parsley
  • 1garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tspdijon mustard
  • ½ tspsalt
  • ½ tspblack pepper
  • 2 tbspolive oil (for frying)

Directions
