Carefully peel and cut hard-boiled eggs in half length-wise. Remove the yolks and place them in a medium mixing bowl. Set the egg whites on a serving platter or plate.
Use a fork to smash the egg yolks until they reach a crumb-like texture.
Add mayonnaise, white wine vinegar, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and softened cream cheese to the yolks. Mix until combined and smooth. Break bacon up into little bits. Add ¾ of the bacon bits, diced jalapeno, and shredded cheddar cheese to the bowl with the yolks. Mix to combine.
Transfer the egg yolk mixture to a piping bag or a plastic baggie with one corner cut off.
Pipe the egg filling into the egg whites.
Sprinkle the remaining bacon bits over the filling. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Enjoy!
