Ingredients

  • 1 ½ pounds90% lean ground beef
  • 1 smallyellow onion, chopped
  • 1 cupthousand island dressing, plus more for drizzling
  • 10 ounceyellow american cheese, shredded
  • 1 teaspoonyellow mustard
  • ¾ teaspoonkosher salt, divided
  • ½ cupcrinkle-cut dill pickle chips, patted dry and chopped, plus more whole chips for garnish
  • 1package frozen tater tots
  • 2 teaspoontoasted sesame seeds
  • ½ cupchopped iceberg lettuce

Directions

    Cook beef and onion in a 12-inch cast iron skillet over medium heat, stirring often, until beef is no longer pink and onion is softened, 6 to 8 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool slightly, about 15 minutes.
