This garlic herb bread is a delightful addition to any meal, made effortlessly in a bread machine. The combination of garlic and fresh herbs creates a fragrant and flavorful loaf that pairs well with soups, salads, or as a standalone snack.

Ingredients

  • warm water

    110°f to 115°f

  • olive oil
    2 tbsp
  • bread flour
    3 c
  • sugar
    2 tbsp
  • salt
    1 tsp
  • garlic powder
    2 tsp
  • dried italian herbs

    such as basil, oregano, and thyme

    1 tbsp
  • active dry yeast
    2 tsp

Directions

    Pour the warm water and olive oil into the bread machine pan. Add the bread flour, sugar, salt, garlic powder, and dried herbs on top of the liquid.

    Make a small well in the flour and add the active dry yeast.

    Close the lid and select the Basic or White Bread setting on your bread machine. Choose the desired crust color (light, medium, or dark).
