Creamy garlic aioli with lemon makes a delicious dip, and also enhances the flavor of a variety of dishes, from salmon to roasted vegetables.

Ingredients

  • 1 cupmayonnaise
  • 2 clovesgarlic (very finely minced or mashed, or roasted garlic)
  • 1 ½ tablespoonslemon juice (* (juice of 1 lemon), fresh preferred)
  • 1 tablespoonlemon zest (or zest of 1 lemon*)
  • ¾ teaspoonkosher salt
  • ½ teaspoonpepper
  • ½ teaspoondijon mustard (optional)

Directions

    Add all ingredients to a medium bowl.

    Serve with artichokes, on burgers, and with oven baked fries!
