This No-Peek Chicken Casserole is a creamy, savory blend of chicken, rice, and flavorful soups, all baked to perfection in one pan. It's called "no-peek" because, once covered, you let it bake undisturbed, allowing the ingredients to cook evenly and flavors to meld without any extra work.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cups Minute Rice (brown or white)
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup

  2. 2

a 9×13 inch baking pan with butter to prevent sticking and add extra flavor.

  4. 4

the rice and soup mixture into the prepared baking pan.

the chicken breasts on top of the rice mixture.

  6. 6
