Ingredients

  • 16 oz = 450 g spicy bulk sausage
  • 1 1/2 cups = 350 ml diced fresh Roma tomatoes
  • 2 cups = 470 ml shredded mozzarella
  • 6 eggs
  • 1/2 cup = 120 ml heavy cream

    Preheat the oven to 350 °F (175 °C).

    Fry the sausage in a skillet, all the time crumbling, until done.

    Transfer the sausage into a 2-qt (2 L) baking dish.
