Ingredients

  • 4chicken breasts (boneless, skinless)
  • ½ cupwestern or red russian salad dressing
  • ½ cupapricot jam
  • 1 oz.dry onion soup mix ((1 envelope))
  • 1 tbspsoy sauce (low-sodium)
  • ¼ tspcrushed red pepper flakes
  • 1 tspdry mustard powder

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with nonstick spray.

    Place the chicken breasts in a single layer in the baking dish.

    Combine all other ingredients in a medium bowl and mix well.

    Pour the mixture over the chicken.

    Bake in the preheated oven covered with foil for 20 minutes.

    After 20 minutes, remove the foil and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes, or just until the breasts are cooked through.
