  • cream cheese: 4 tablespoons, softened, adds a creamy tangy contrast to the sweet dates
  • pistachios: 3 tablespoons, finely chopped, for nutty crunch and color
  • honey: 1 tablespoon, to drizzle for sweetness and gloss
  • sea salt: a pinch, to balance and enhance flavor
