Our easy elote (Mexican street corn) recipe is one of our favorite ways to prepare corn on the cob.

Ingredients

  • 6 ears corn, shucked and cleaned
  • 1/4 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/4 c. Mexican crema or sour cream
  • Chili powder
  • 1/3 c. Grated cotija cheese
  • Freshly chopped cilantro
  • Lime wedges, for serving

Directions

    Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high. Grill corn, turning often, until slightly charred all over, about 10 minutes.

    Cut corn to fit in air-fryer basket. (You may need to cut cobs in half.)
