This Asian Beef with Snow Peas and Mushrooms is a great quick and delicious meal. It's packed with protein, and a sweet and tangy seasoned beef, and is great for a weeknight dinner.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 3 Tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 garlic cloves ((minced))
  • 1 tsp rice vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger
  • 2 garlic cloves ((minced))
  • 1/4 cup onions ((diced))
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 8 oz snow peas
  • 4 oz mushrooms ((washed and sliced thinly))
  • 6 cups cooked rice

Directions

    Add the sauce ingredients to a small bowl, teriyaki sauce, brown sugar, minced garlic, rice vinegar, and ginger. Set it aside.

    Add the minced garlic and diced onion to a large sauce pan and heat over medium high heat for a couple minutes.
