This easy Boat Dip is thick, creamy, and loaded with savory Tex-Mex flavors. It’s cool, perfectly scoopable, and comes together in minutes with a delicious balance of spice and melted cheese.

Ingredients

  • 16 ouncessour cream
  • 1 ouncetaco seasoning (1 packet)
  • 10 ouncerotel diced tomatoes with green chilies (1 can, drained)
  • 2 cupsshredded cheddar or mexican-style cheese

Directions

    In a medium bowl, combine the sour cream and taco seasoning until well mixed.

    Add the drained Rotel and shredded cheese (plus Mexicorn if using). Stir until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
