Mixed Berry Cobbler is a simple and delicious way to enjoy your favorite fresh berries.

Ingredients

  • 6 cups assorted berries
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour 2 cups oats
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • ice cream or sweetened whipped cream, for serving

Directions

    Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease a 9 by 13 rectangular pan, 8” round, or any baking dish with 1- to 1 & 1/2-quart capacity.

    Place the berries in the prepared pan. Drizzle with the lemon juice.

    Whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.

    In a medium bowl, beat the butter, brown sugar, and vanilla until well-blended. Mix in the dry ingredients until the mixture resembles crumbs. Drop the dough evenly on top of berries.
