Our Original Sausage gives classic stroganoff a real down-home flavor.

Ingredients

  • 1 poundbob evans original roll pork sausage
  • 10 ¾ ouncescondensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cupbeef broth
  • 2 ½ ouncescanned sliced mushrooms drained
  • 1 teaspoonworcestershire sauce
  • ½ cupsour cream
  • 8 ouncesnoodles prepared according to package directions

Directions

    In large skillet over medium heat, crumble and cook sausage until browned.

    Stir in soup, broth, mushrooms and Worcestershire sauce.

    Bring to a boil and remove from heat. Stir in sour cream. Serve over hot noodles.
