This caramel apple crisp coffee creamer, made with apple cider, cinnamon, and dulce de leche will be great to have on hand to flavor your coffee this fall.
Stir cider and cinnamon together in a saucepan and bring to a boil over medium high heat; simmer until mixture is reduced to 1/4 cup and slightly thickened, about 10 minutes.
Add cider reduction to dulce de leche in a medium bowl and stir until smooth. Stir in half-and-half and vanilla until well combined. Transfer mixture to a bottle or jar fitted with a lid and refrigerate until ready to serve.
