
This easy air fryer Shrimp De Jonghe is based on the famous Chicago recipes. It is a baked shrimp scampi that can be made in the Instant Omni, Instant Vortex, oven, or other air fryer.
In a bowl, mix the bread crumbs and dry seasonings
On the stove top (or in the Instant Pot on saute), melt the butter with the garlic and the white wine
Remove from heat and add the shrimp and the bread crumb mix
Transfer the mix to a casserole dish
Bake or air fry at 350 for 10 minutes or until browned. See notes.
