Ingredients

  • 1 ¼ cups All Purpose Flour ((150g))
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ½ cup butter ( cold cut into small pieces (113g))
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar ((50g))
  • 2 tbsp cream ((10ml))
  • 1 egg yolk
  • ½ cup lemon juice (fresh (120ml))
  • 2 tbsp lemon zest (zest of 2 lemons)
  • 1 cup granulated sugar ((200g))
  • ½ cup butter ((113g))
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 yolks

Directions

    Whisk the egg yolk and cream together in a small bowl and set aside.
