A delicious meal featuring chicken tenders coated in a crispy, cheesy crust that the whole family will love.

Ingredients

  • 2 lb chicken tenders or large chicken breasts
  • 2 sleeves Ritz crackers (Crushed into fine crumbs)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • Salt and pepper (To taste)

    Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

    Crush the Ritz crackers into fine crumbs using a rolling pin or your hands.

    Mix the shredded cheddar cheese with the cracker crumbs in a large bowl.

    Season the chicken with salt and pepper.

    Dip each piece of chicken into the melted butter, then roll it in the cracker and cheese mixture. Press gently to coat well.
