This spinach artichoke dip recipe is going to be your new favorite at-home appetizer. Creamy, decadent, and always a crowd pleaser!

Ingredients

  • 8 ozcream cheese (softened at room temperature)
  • 1 cupsour cream
  • ⅓ cupmayonnaise
  • 3garlic cloves (pressed)
  • 2 cupsmozzarella cheese (shredded)
  • ½ cupparmesan cheese (grated)
  • 10 ozchopped spinach (frozen, defrosted, and the liquid squeezed out )
  • 10 ozmarinated artichoke hearts (drained, chopped )

Directions

    Place the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise in a large bowl. Add in the pressed garlic and stir to combine.

    Add in the parmesan, 1/2 the mozzarella, spinach, and artichoke. Stir to combine.

    Spray a 9x9 in. baking sheet with oil and pour in the dip. Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese on top.

    Bake at 400°F for 20 minutes, or until the top is slightly bubbly. Enjoy immediately with your favorite chips or crackers!
